Selfishness and cooperation are basic human nature. But both are needed in the long run, because teams need leaders and leaders need teams.

Cry me a River So selfishness makes a good leader you are saying? I think a good leader sets an example.. and selfishness is a bad teacher. Why children grow up to be murderers and pedophiles, among other abhorrents.
