Will a 1976 Lincoln town car get moving again after a stop on a slightly inclined hill even if my wheels spin slowly but get going again or will i be stuck just spinning my wheels even if i try slowly ?

It will as long as you are on a paved or graveled road. On a muddy dirt road though, it's a 50/50 toss up. Don't punch it and spin out though. I drove a 76 Cadillac deVille for several years that was similar to the Lincoln of the era. 1/10/25
