Grants need TOEFL or IELTS test ?
Hey guys how you doing ? I need to know something , I've registered for some scholarships but of course I didn't get them because they asked me about TOEFL or IELTS test certificates and I didn't have one them because they're very expensive in my country , so if I want to register for grants do they too ask for TOEFL or IELTS test or no ? Thank you
