I do now (unless I'm lounging around in pj's). Momma always told me to wear clean underwear in case I had an accident and the doctor saw that my skiv's were dirty. I didn't believe her, but --- Each of the 4 times I have been to the emergency room, I was not wearing underwear. It was pretty embarrasing to have to have my pants cut off only to find Frankie and the Beans loitering freely. How did Mom know that would happen? I can honestly say that I have never been to the Emergency room WITH underwear on. So now I wear them just like Momma said. Especially when I am going to ride in the car with one of my kids driving.

Almost always. Usually thongs because I hate panty lines! The mesh ones from VS are my favorite. :)

No -- hardly ever these days. I became a full-time freeballer 5 years ago and was part-time for about 10 years before then. Ditch 'em and go commando. You'll be more comfortable.
