One early symptom of std Chlamydia is a white vaginal discharge that looks very similar to cottage cheese. It is also accompanied by pain or burning during urination and sexual intercourse. There may also be bleeding between periods and after sex. In men the early symptoms of std Chlamydia is a clear, watery discharge from the urethra. GONORRHEA Gonorrhea is a highly contagious sexually transmitted bacterial infection that is sometimes referred to as the clap. When women have symptoms of Gonorrhea the early ones may include bleeding during intercourse, painful or burning sensations during urination and a yellow or bloody vaginal discharge. Generally, men will usually display symptoms more often than women. Their symptoms include: white, yellow, or green pus from the penis with pain and a burning sensation during urination that may be severe, along with swollen testicles CANDIDA YEAST Candida Yeast is an infection that occurs when a change takes place in the normal environment of the vagina and trigger an overgrowth of the microscopic fungus. This change can be due to a number of factors including improper diet and the over-use of anti-biotics The early symptoms of std Candida in women include a thick odorless vaginal discharge, pain when urinating and itching in the genital area. Men can also contract Candida Yeast and their symptoms include itching or burning of the tip of the penis or the foreskin and possibly a red rash on the affected areas. CRABS Crabs or Pubic Lice are tiny insects that live off human blood. Although they're often found around the genitals, they can live in any part of the body with hair. Early symptoms include itching in the genital area or any other part of the body where there is hair. HERPES Genital Herpes is a viral infection which causes outbreaks of painful sores and is transmitted through sex, kissing or touching any affected area. Early symptoms of stds Herpes include itching, burning in the genitals and painful urination. There may also be a watery vaginal or urethral discharge. SYPHILIS Syphilis is a bacterial infection that is spread through oral, anal, or vaginal sex. It can also be transmitted via intimate touching or kissing. Infected mothers can also transmit Syphilis to their babies by touching syphilis sores and then touching her baby. Early symptoms of this std include a painless sores or open ulcers that may appear on the anus, vagina, penis, or inside the mouth and occasionally on other parts of the body. It may also be accompanied by a sore throat, and fever. HEPATITIS There are five different types of hepatitis - A through E - all of which cause inflammation of the liver. When symptoms are present, they are usually the same for all five types. Early symptoms of stds Hepatitis include: mild flu-like symptoms, light stools, dark urine, jaundice (yellowing of the skin and the whites of the eyes), fatigue, and fever. Hepatitis A symptoms may also include nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain. HIV / AIDS HIV or Human Immunodeficiency Virus is a virus that attacks the body's immune system, leading to full-blown AIDS (Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome). AIDS is devastating because it leaves the body susceptible to life-threatening infections and certain kinds of cancers. Early symptoms of std AIDS are headaches, swollen lymph glands, night sweats, unexplained weight loss, fatigue, a white coating on the tongue and the insides of the mouth, persistent diarrhea, lung infection and recurrent vaginal yeast infections.
