Never saw a calling card used by any US Military officer. In fact the only cards I ever saw used by military were recruiters. Military is strict protocol that prevents an officer or enlisted person from advertising. Gaining contact with officers goes through chain of command.

Officer's Calling Cards are still used. They are a little smaller than a business card. The officer's name, rank, and branch of service is all the information that is printed on them.
