"Bouquet" and "Nose" are both commonly used.

dalcocono They are probably right. I just am going by personal experience with wine tastings twice a year over wine list changes when I was chef. All of the vintners attending with their products used the term "nose". -
Majik-1 The bouquet is what your nose inhales during the tasting process!!!

dalcocono Yup. that's absolutely correct M-1. The vintners just didn't use that term at the tastings for restaurants and bars.
