Do you wear panties with your yoga pants?
When ever I hit the gym or go to a yoga class I always skip wearing panties. Really there is no choice, I had VPL, squattiing in a thong is terriable and wearing a full brief feels suffocating. I don't see what the big deal is they are going right into the wash when I get home plus most yoga pants and leggings have built in panels anyway.

I generally wear panties under my yoga pants. But I have gone without them.

Since VPL's and camel toes are embarrassing, go with the Under Armour thongs. They are soft and stretchy, unlike cheap thongs which are uncomfortable.
